Gala Coral - Open Account
Improve the customer experience with a new single Open Account process which could then be skinned to support all brands.
Enabling Cost Effeciencies by:
Reducing the volume of calls to the call centre for Open Account related queries by means of an on page help system.
Improve data validation
All key validation and verification rules had to be delivered and integrated with the inline help.
My Current Projects
Currently I am working with Complete Biz Online for their online accounting application - a task focused application allowing new business to easily manage all their accounting needs.

- Provide a better customer experience
- Support novice users with easy-to-access instructions, and a visual prioritsation of key tasks
- Support intermediate and advanced users with access to shortcut features
- Reduce the load of the user, and make the best of system resources.
